I've been dealing with abelo around 6 years use there hives extractor and more . Today very unusually I had a prob with the creamer . Spoke with Damian nothing was too much trouble he offered to send a replacement out then I return the faulty one. The 12 frame poly hive is well made and looks great painted sage green, I called the office for advice and the service was great, the Bees have a great temperament and I had to do a split at the start of July. Ordered another hive and a few other things for 2 hives, delivery was fast, 2 things were damaged in transit and were replaced as soon as they were available. Damian got back to me almost immediately (out of normal working hours too) to put my mind at rest and then sent out a replacement part no questions asked which arrived the next day as Damian had promised.
