Electric 30 Frame Radial Extractor FI 720
This radial honey extractor is designed for beekeepers who need speed, reliability and consistent performance throughout the extracting season.
With its generous 720 mm diameter drum and radial basket design, the extractor allows multiple frames to be processed at the same time without the need to turn them during extraction. It is an excellent choice for larger apiaries and busy honey rooms where efficiency, capacity and ease of use are important.
The extractor is equipped with the HE-02N automatic controller, giving you precise and convenient control over the entire extraction process. You can choose from 10 programmable automatic cycles or use one of the 2 manual operating modes when you prefer full control over speed and extraction time.
Once the required programme has been selected, the extractor handles the process automatically, allowing you to focus on other tasks such as uncapping frames, filtering honey or preparing the next batch for extraction.
Strong stainless steel construction
The Ø720 mm drum is manufactured from 0.6 mm acid-resistant stainless steel, providing a hygienic, durable surface suitable for repeated use in the honey room. Inside, the robust radial basket is constructed from Ø8 mm and Ø6 mm stainless steel rods. Upper and lower bearing support helps the basket rotate smoothly and improves stability during operation. Special frame supports around the basket help keep frames securely positioned while spinning. The extractor also comes with SOFT PVC anti-vibration pads, helping to reduce vibration and improve stability, particularly when frame weights are not perfectly balanced. For added operator safety, the machine incorporates a safety system that prevents operation when the lid is open or the emergency stop has been activated. The extractor is fitted with durable 4 mm transparent acrylic lids, allowing you to monitor the frames and extraction process while remaining safely separated from the rotating basket.

The 20 Frame Electric Radial Honey Extractor is a reliable and efficient solution for beekeepers looking to process honey quickly and comfortably. Extracting heather honey can be challenging due to its naturally thixotropic (gel-like) consistency. The Lyson Heather Honey Loosener is specifically designed to prepare heather honey for efficient extraction by gently breaking down its structure without damaging the comb.
Manufactured entirely from high-quality stainless steel, this robust and hygienic machine features two spring-loaded needle plates that penetrate the honeycomb from both sides. Simply place a frame between the plates and operate the ergonomic lever to drive the needles into the comb. The needles gently agitate the honey, transforming it from its gel-like state into a liquid form suitable for extraction.
Once loosened, the frames can be transferred directly to a tangential honey extractor, where the honey can be extracted quickly and efficiently while preserving the integrity of the comb.

The table is powered by a standard voltage of 230V and has a total power of 2.3 kW. It consists of a heated bottom with a power of 250 W, a heating cover with a power of 2000 W and a cover fan with a power of 30 W. Thanks to this, even and effective heating is ensured.
The table insert has a perforation along the entire length of the bottom, which ensures free flow of honey from the tail or wax during melting. In addition, the table is accompanied by a rail that adjusts the width inside, allowing it to be adapted to different types of frames*. The legs of the table are made of stainless steel and equipped with wheels, which makes it easy to carry the device and maneuver it in the beekeeping workshop. The table also has a stainless flap valve with a diameter of 6/4″, which allows easy emptying of the tank.
Temperature control is carried out using the MHC-01 temperature controller for the heated bottom and a mechanical capillary controller for the heating cover. This ensures precise temperature control, tailored to your specific needs. The internal dimensions of the table are 1000 mm long, 515 mm wide, 400 mm high at the sides and 450 mm high in the middle.
