The First-Ever Book on Tropilaelaps Mite

Tropilaelaps mites have now been detected in Ukraine, Georgia, and southern Russia, and are suspected in Iran and Turkey. From there, it’s only a matter of time before they enter Eastern Europe and begin to spread across the continent. Be prepared. Stay informed.

“The parasitic mite, Tropilaelaps spp., is expanding its range globally and may be coming to an apiary near you! This book by Gill, Uzunov, Janashia, and Kovačić is an excellent way to become familiar with this honeybee pest and to better prepare should it arrive in your area.” Jeff Pettis – Apimondia President.
