Capping screw are made using food grade stainless steel. They are designed to separate the honey from wax cappings, leaving the honey ready for filtering and the cappings dry and ready for melting.

Closed Circuit; blades of the uncapping machine are heated to the appropriate temperature by heating liquid flowing in closed circuit with pump – heating power 2000 W.

The device allows you to lift without effort frames up to the height of the feeder uncapping machine and leaving it empty.

A 1.2m table that can be used for a variety of purposes. Its a dedicated bucket drip tray but can also be used as a settling tank, connected to a bottling unit or for uncapping frames.

The uncapping steam knife is designed to accelerate the process of uncapping your frames.  Made from acid resistant stainless steel the steam knife includes steam generator.

Designed to fit onto the standard uncapping table or Melliflow, the knif will also fit onto any bespoke table measuring 1000mm in length.  The width of the steam knife is dependant on the size of your frames. 

We have in stock the knife for  National and Langstroth frames.  Any other size knife can be made to order.
