This new manual uncapping knife is designed for uncapping frames. Made from acid resistant stainless steel. The manual uncapping steam knife fits neatly onto our plastic uncapping trays (not included). The blade is heated by the steam generator to a temperature which enables you to effortlessly slide your frame vertically over the blade. Cappings are collected in the uncapping tray beneath. Alternatively can be connected to the Closed Circuit Water System for cosnatnd heating.
