These machines have two functions. They are designed to carry out the process of creaming and melting set honey. The use of electric heating cables placed around the drum, allows for a uniform and consistent heating the tank. These device are also equipped with a temperature controller, preventing the honey from overheating.

The honey extractor base is cone shaped to allow the extracted honey to drain easily.

This is the basic honey creamer fitted to a 42kg plastic honey tank.

This wax melter allows for the melting down of old combs or cappings using heat provided by the steam generator.  Steam enters the tank through the hose passing through the cover.  The melted wax runs out of the pipe at the bottom of the tank.  A circluar grill at the bottom of the tank collects the “junk”.  Frames can then be re-used with new foundation.

Not for use with plastic frames/foundation.

Honey is not recoverable from this unit.  Any honey present will become mixed with the wax and water leaving the unit.

Wax recovered from frames melted in a solar melter becomes brighter thanks to UV rays. Their action effectively disinfects it at the same time. The cover of the device is made of a special material – cellular polycarbonate – which concentrates the sun’s rays in order to use the energy most effectively. As a result, the inside of the melter heats up very quickly when it is exposed to sunlight. The body of the melter has contoured recessed handles for easy use and moving the device. Inside the chamber of the solar melter, there is a metal sieve that holds the debris. This construction allows the recovery of pure wax, which flows into the tray and does not come into contact with the frame. The EPP wax melter is very light, yet durable and robustly made. The material from which it is made is characterized by its resistance to damage and low moisture absorption. Furthermore, EPP is a fully recyclable material.
