The table is powered by a standard voltage of 230V and has a total power of 2.3 kW. It consists of a heated bottom with a power of 250 W, a heating cover with a power of 2000 W and a cover fan with a power of 30 W. Thanks to this, even and effective heating is ensured.
The table insert has a perforation along the entire length of the bottom, which ensures free flow of honey from the tail or wax during melting. In addition, the table is accompanied by a rail that adjusts the width inside, allowing it to be adapted to different types of frames*. The legs of the table are made of stainless steel and equipped with wheels, which makes it easy to carry the device and maneuver it in the beekeeping workshop. The table also has a stainless flap valve with a diameter of 6/4″, which allows easy emptying of the tank.
Temperature control is carried out using the MHC-01 temperature controller for the heated bottom and a mechanical capillary controller for the heating cover. This ensures precise temperature control, tailored to your specific needs. The internal dimensions of the table are 1000 mm long, 515 mm wide, 400 mm high at the sides and 450 mm high in the middle. The height of the table without lid is 910 mm, which makes it ergonomic and comfortable to use.

Heating cover, allows you the ability to melt the caps remaining at the bottom of the table after uncapping the frames.

3-in-1 Extractor, Uncapping Table and Strainer
This all-in-one system integrates three separate pieces of equipment into one: a radial honey extractor, uncapping table and strainer. Because of its compact size, it’s ideal for the hobbyist and commercial beekeepers because storage and space can sometimes be restricted. The drum and basket are made from acid resistant stainless steel. It is stable and easy to dismantle. The lid is made from perspex and fitted with a safety lock. A user friendly workspace allows you to uncap and move frames directly into a 20 frame radial extractor while a set of stainless steel sieves strains wax cappings and settles honey with that of the extracted honey for one combined source coming from the tanks honey gate.

Honey Creaming and Liquefier Machine 50L
Honey creaming machine is a designed to blend honey to a creamed consistency. Made of acid proof stainless steel and fitted with a fully automated controller. Achieving creamed honey is a slow process that requires each batch to “rest” between mixing cycles. The customised controller allows you to set the mixing and rest cycles to any combination to reach your desired consistency. Typically 15 minutes of mixing to one hour of “rest”.
Equipped with electric heating cables around the drum providing consistent heating and a temperature controller which prevents the honey from overheating. This creamer be also be used for warming crystalised honey and can be fitted with a honey bottling valve to assist with jarring your honey.
The creamer can also be easily connected the honey bottling machine for a seamless automated process.
