A large filtering system designed to filter your honey. The built-in level sensor maintains the optimal level of honey inside the barrel while the device is operating. The optimal temperature of filtered honey is 35-42 degrees.
Note : An additional pump will be required to pump honey into the tank.
This verticle filter is equipped with 4 nozzles and allows easy filtering of honey via a pump. The vertical pipe is finished with the
connector that enables easy filter-to-pump hose insertion. Each of these 4 filters can be switched on or off by turning the appropiate valve which is also useful during the cleaning of each filter.
The entire set rests on 4 legs with adjustable spacing for easy fitting onto all types of uncapping tables (the table is not a part of the device – to be purchased separately).
Designed specifically for the clarification of large quantities of honey.
This Honey Sump comes fully insulated. The body of the sump can be set to a temperature between 30 -55 degrees.
Honey from the extractor is fed into the sump in its raw state. This flows through the sump passing through different grade filters each removing wax and cappings from the honey whilst it is gently heated. The clarificaton process is complete once the honey passes through the finest grade filter.
We have created this specially designed strainer equipped with a large fine mesh conical sieve to ensure smooth operation when straining honey. The conical sieve in this set has the largest surface area of any sieve on offer, which prevents clogging and ensures faster honey flow. The strainer has been equipped with two valves – one for draining the cleaned honey and the other for impurities (opened only after the straining is complete).
