Heated Warming Chamber for Drum on 80 x 120cm Pallet
The Heated Warming Chamber for 215L Drum is designed for controlled warming and decrystallisation of honey stored in drums or other suitable containers positioned on a standard 800 x 1200mm pallet. The chamber uses a 2kW heating system combined with forced-air circulation, helping distribute heat more evenly throughout the interior. An integrated temperature controller allows the operating temperature to be adjusted between 30°C and 55°C, helping reduce the risk of overheating while maintaining a stable warming environment. Originally designed for honey decrystallisation, the chamber may also be suitable for other applications where drums or containers of viscous, temperature-sensitive materials need to be warmed before pumping, mixing, filling or further processing.
Controlled Heating for Drum Processing
When honey crystallises, it can become difficult to pump, transfer or fill. This chamber provides a controlled way to gradually warm a full drum and return the product to a more fluid state. The internal fan improves heat circulation, while the thermostat helps maintain the selected temperature throughout the warming process.
