National Poly Hive Ashforth Feeder can be used for both syrup and fondant. This feeder is compatible with all National Poly and Wooden hives.
10L capacity for syrup.
During the winter months the Ashforth feeder can be turned upside down and placed over the block of fondant to create a warmer environment for your bees to feed.
Note: Ensure the sliding hole on top of the metal grille remains closed at all times during feeding. This can be opened up to allow the bees to clean out the feeder once feeding has finished.
Due to the nature of the material this product may not be perfect – any scuffs or marks will not impede its use.

National Poly Brood Box (Deep Hive Roof)
Our brood boxes have an improved aesthetic look and greater ergonomic grip on two faces of the boxes. The supers have 1 entrance hole in the middle of the front face of the box, to give flying bees quicker access to the honey supers and the brood has 1 entrance in the middle of the front face, allowing you to perform advanced manipulations to the brood for increase or swarm control. They are also embossed with our company name on them.
The Brood Body holds 11 Hoffman frames.

Bee pollen is a true gift of nature. It is rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids and other valuable nutrients. It is no wonder that people increasingly appreciate its health-promoting properties and are keen to use it as a natural dietary supplement. However, it is important to remember that bee pollen needs to be stripped of impurities before it can be sold. The easiest and most efficient way is to use a device called a pollen cleaner. The small dimensions of the device and its low weight allow the unit to be easily stored and carried.
The adjustment of the in-feed gap and blowing power allows the unit’s performance to be adapted to the degree of pollen contamination.Easy to operate:
- Place the container for cleaned pollen under the outlet of the pollen cleaner
- Switch on the power to start blowing.
- Pour the contaminated pollen into the hopper.
- The dirt will be ejected through the upper outlet of the machine
