The 30 kg Honey Creaming Machine is the ideal solution for beekeepers looking to expand their product range with premium creamed honey. Its low-speed 36 rpm mixer gently stirs the honey to create a smooth, fine-crystalline texture while preserving its natural quality.
The device’s construction has been designed for comfortable use in an apiary workshop. The 230V power supply allows connection to a standard electrical installation, and the 6/4-inch plastic valve makes it easy to empty the tank and pour the finished honey into packaging. Compact dimensions mean that the device will also work well in smaller workshops, where ergonomics and space saving matter.
A built-in timer makes it easy to organize your work. It allows you to set the
operating time of the device, use the start/stop/reset function, pause and cyclic
operation. This allows the creaming process to be better adapted to the type of
honey, the recipe and the expected consistency, and the beekeeper does not
have to constantly supervise the device throughout the entire working time.

Small Honey Dryer
This device is a very compact honey dryer. It’s a great addition for those who are limited with space.
If honey has excess moisture, it needs the water evaporating from the honey. This can be done using this small honey dryer. The honey runs through the honey cascade, a series of solid metal sieves, and the connected dehumidifier dries the air in a closed circuit without touching the honey. The ideal fluidity of honey through the cascade is 15 kg in 30 minutes.
The honey is warmed up a little via the heating system and slowly flows through the cascade. The temperature in the cascade and the hose is regulated by a heating coil. It is important that the honey does not go through the device too quickly. If the honey is too runny, it will need to cool down.
The honey runs down into the settling tank at the bottom which has a convenient tap for bottling.

Honey Creaming and Liquefier Machine 50L
Honey creaming machine is a designed to blend honey to a creamed consistency. Made of acid proof stainless steel and fitted with a fully automated controller. Achieving creamed honey is a slow process that requires each batch to “rest” between mixing cycles. The customised controller allows you to set the mixing and rest cycles to any combination to reach your desired consistency. Typically 15 minutes of mixing to one hour of “rest”.
Equipped with electric heating cables around the drum providing consistent heating and a temperature controller which prevents the honey from overheating. This creamer be also be used for warming crystalised honey and can be fitted with a honey bottling valve to assist with jarring your honey.
The creamer can also be easily connected the honey bottling machine for a seamless automated process.

Honey Dryer 70kg
The device consists of a dehydration chamber, a set of rotating plates, and a warm-air blowing unit. Operating the dryer is straightforward. First, honey is placed into the main chamber. The device is then closed and powered on.
Once activated, the internal plates begin rotating steadily, collecting the honey as it is mixed and dried on their surfaces. The internal temperature is precisely regulated by a dedicated sensor, ensuring the product remains safe throughout the process.
The dryer allows smooth and precise adjustment of both the plate rotation speed and the temperature range. For the valve system, we’ve implemented a high-grade 6/4″ stainless steel flap valve.
During testing, we processed 72 kg of honey through a complete drying cycle. The confirmed efficiency, based on the tests, was approximately a 2% moisture reduction per 12 hours.
