Controlled Heating
The unit features a 3000W heating system with a working temperature range of 20–85°C. The heating jacket is positioned around both the side walls and bottom of the tank, helping distribute heat more evenly throughout the product and reducing reliance on direct-contact heating methods.
Adjustable Mixing Speed
A 0.22kW geared motor drives the agitator, with adjustable speed control allowing the mixing process to be adapted to different production requirements. This provides greater control over product consistency and processing compared with fixed-speed mixing systems.
Easy Process Monitoring
A 5mm Plexiglas lid allows operators to observe the mixing process while the unit is running. The integrated HP-01 controller manages the operating parameters, including temperature control.
Efficient Product Discharge
The tank is fitted with a 5/4″ stainless steel ball valve, positioned approximately 150mm from floor level, allowing convenient emptying after processing.
