National Poly Hive Ashforth Feeder can be used for both syrup and fondant. This feeder is compatible with all National Poly and Wooden hives.
10L capacity for syrup.
During the winter months the Ashforth feeder can be turned upside down and placed over the block of fondant to create a warmer environment for your bees to feed.
Note: Ensure the sliding hole on top of the metal grille remains closed at all times during feeding. This can be opened up to allow the bees to clean out the feeder once feeding has finished.
Due to the nature of the material this product may not be perfect – any scuffs or marks will not impede its use.
