Our WBC super boxes have been designed with both appearance and usability in mind, offering a refined, improved aesthetic while remaining practical for everyday beekeeping.
The box features ergonomic hand grips on two faces, making lifting and handling easier and more comfortable during inspections and hive management. This small detail makes a big difference when working with full brood boxes.

Our WBC hive combines that traditional look with modern performance by housing an insulated polystyrene National hive inside a solid red cedar outer casing. The result is a hive that looks beautiful in the garden while offering outstanding protection for your bees.

WBC Mini Ashforth Feeder 2.4L
This 2.4 litre box feeder is a practical and reliable solution for feeding honeybee colonies throughout the season. Its universal design makes it suitable for a wide range of hive types including our WBC hive.
Manufactured from durable plastic, the feeder is built for long-term use and is easy to keep clean an essential factor in maintaining good apiary hygiene and healthy colonies.
The feeder features a two-chamber design:
a larger chamber for filling with syrup or feed
a narrow access chamber that allows bees to move safely while reducing the risk of drowning
After feeding, the feeder can be washed in hot water, dried and stored ready for the next feeding period, making it a practical and reusable piece of beekeeping equipment.

WBC Queen Excluder Wired for Poly Insulated Inner
This wired WBC queen excluder is specifically designed for use with poly insulated inner hives fitted inside WBC hives.
Manufactured from accurately spaced round wires set within a rigid metal frame and secured into a solid wooden surround, it ensures reliable performance and long service life. The precise spacing provides a single bee space, allowing worker bees to pass freely while preventing the queen from entering the supers.
Ideal for maintaining a clear separation between brood and honey supers while ensuring smooth bee movement within the hive.

WBC National Poly Crown Board
This board features a central moulded docking station designed to securely hold one of our 2.4 L Ashforth feeders. An access hole at one end of the dock allows bees to move safely from the brood box up into the feeder.
In addition, a central circular opening is provided for feeding fondant, making the board suitable for both liquid and solid feeding options.
The board is supplied complete with a polystyrene plug and ventilation covers for both openings, allowing you to manage airflow and feeding as required throughout the season.
